Extensive technical knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance operations, and applicable FAA, EASA, CAA and other international regulatory standards.Associates Degree or equivalent and FAA A&P License.Provide and maintain technician qualifications to meet customer standards for airworthiness authorizations.Review technical data and manual revisions to stay current with customer regulatory standards.Conduct and format aircraft systems classroom training, Human Factors Training, Customer Specific Training and Flightcheck new hire Indoctrination Training.Provide technical support and guidance to Aircraft Maintenance Technicians.Develop and administer technical examinations.Analyze technical information, develop training programs, write, edit, and produce materials for technical instruction.Qualify, train, and authorize technicians for multiple customers airworthiness release standards. The instructor position will include but not limited to, providing technical knowledge and practical instruction for the safe maintenance, repair and operation of aircraft, aircraft systems, tools, and test equipment. Also, occasional travel to Flightcheck’s current operations in RFD, IAD, BWI, CHS, SAV and LAS with additional growth potential to other locations.
